Whenever one bad habit leaves our lives, another one comes to fill its place. I felt compelled to write this post because I have been struggling with maintaining autonomy over my own life recently. They become bitter, critical, or rigid, not because the world is cruel to them, but because they have betrayed their own inner possibilities. And yet, all of them suffer, because deep down they know: the life they mock is the life they were meant to live."

Friedrich Nietzsche once said, “To live is to suffer; to survive is to find meaning in suffering.” We encounter suffering daily, often choosing familiar pain over the unknown. Our struggles can define us, making us hesitant to confront them. However, embracing suffering can lead to insights and growth. As we navigate our anxieties, we must remember that suffering can be a purposeful part of our journey toward a happier life.
